October 22, 2019 – As we approach our 2-year anniversary, we are honored to welcome a very diverse set of service providers to our search engine, including two non-profits dedicated to homeowner assistance.
Snapshot of Current Vendor Surf Stats:
- 20,000+ unique users
- 160,000 page views to date
- Avg 6.4 page views per visit, lasting 4:52
- Over 30,000 social media followers
- Over 700 vendor listings and growing daily
Summary of it All – They visit. They like what they see and they inspect the site for nearly 5-minutes at a time. They come back for more.
And with the addition of these new service providers, there is even more to see:
- Accenture
- Hope LoanPort
- HOPE NOW
- IE Settlement Services
- Vantage Point Title
Here is a look at each of these providers individually.
You know the name and reputation well. But, you may be surprised by the extensive and varied set of products and services, as Accenture continues to demonstrate leadership in this space. This includes the 2013 purchase of LOS provider Mortgage Cadence, whereby 75% of their clients outperform the MBA Productivity average of 1.9 loans per team, per month.
Accenture had nearly $40B in 2018 revenue, with an impressive $8.24B (20%) within financial services where Accenture employs over 50,000 professionals. Roughly 3,000 of them are decked against technology solutions, which includes analytics, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Accenture provides end-to-end services from loan setup through funding, servicing, and default while focused on driving cycle time, satisfaction, compliance and profitability. You can click on their underlined name above to see the vast number of services listed on Vendor Surf.
Lastly, all of Accenture’s Top-30 financial services clients have stayed with them for over a decade. That is nothing short of remarkable. Think about all of the client executive regime changes that happen on a frequent basis, where it is common for the new leadership team to make major changes, including hiring vendors they have had success with in the past, at the peril of incumbents. Just surviving that would be something, yet Accenture continues to thrive.
A non-profit unifying the efforts to help families achieve and sustain home ownership, working together to help potential homeowners become sustainable homeowners
- Buying a home
- Staying in a home (foreclosure alternatives)
HLP has been in the middle of solving complex technological and business problems since our creation in 2009. They are a unique collaborative that engages the key stakeholders who work with families on home ownership (e.g. non-profit counselors, advocates, lenders, servicers, investors, attorneys and government). Being a national (neutral) non-profit organization allows HLP to listen to all the parties and build solutions that support homeowners and incorporate the unique needs of all stakeholders.
HLP was initially created to help solve the nation’s foreclosure crisis. By developing a web portal where non-profit credit counseling agencies, attorneys and homeowners could apply for a loan modification or other solution, HLP quickly became a one-stop technology solution to help homeowners nationwide ensure that critical documents from distressed homeowners reached mortgage companies.
As a result, HLP unifies the housing industry by helping individuals and families achieve and sustain home ownership. Stakeholders share information with each other via our technology platform and collaborate to find solutions to help homeowners. To date, they have helped more than 700,000 homeowners during their time of need.
The HOPE NOW Alliance is a non-profit dedicated to home preservation, an outreach platform dedicated to connecting families with resources.
The alliance was encouraged in 2017 by The Department of the Treasury and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to bring together diverse stakeholders to address housing challenges in local markets and create collaborations to solve problems. Supporting members work towards creating a unified, coordinated plan to assist homeowners and address issues when circumstances are out of the homeowner’s control. The delivery models could be coordinated letter campaigns, outreach events or tailored activities with exclusive partners. The HOPE NOW supporting membership represents a sterling commitment to improving housing stability.
HOPE NOW has achieved trust and support through collaborating with regulators and integration with non-profit partners. HOPE NOW is a key player when mortgage companies are looking to connect locally. The HOPE NOW outreach platform is dedicated to connecting families with resources. The Homeowner Resource Fairs are multi-agency events bringing together many providers to expand and improve the housing market. For some mortgage companies, this is an excellent CRA opportunity. HOPE NOW has connected with over 200,000 families locally and continues to expand opportunities.
Where do I start? So much to say...
IESS is a 'matchmaker' (e.g. vendor broker) of the best kind, honest and thorough, bringing together lenders or servicers in need of quality providers, and then bringing the industry's best vendors to the table.
Anyone that knows Stacey Jackson (and many of you do), know the one word that describes her best is PASSION. Few have more of it than her... and this is true in all things. In fact, she brought our attention to both Hope LoanPort and HOPE NOW, as she is dedicated to helping homeowners and military/veterans. She has always focused on homeowners in need, even before she lost absolutely EVERYTHING during an October 9, 2017 California wildfire. Many might have folded up shop at such devastation, yet the life-altering event only emboldened her more, and Stacey frequently gives talks on her own lessons learned and how to be better prepared.
Stacey has perfected the reseller model of vendor services, whereby she only agrees to contract with 'best of breed' service providers that only stand to elevate her already strong brand and reputation. She has great vision to see the big picture and can effortlessly present multiple value propositions across a few different relationships, not only to lenders and servicers, but also to potential partners that can enhance service offerings by joining forces.
Most of Stacey's services (helping you find the best vendor partner) are free to you, as she helps fill the sales funnels of her clients for a fee. So, if looking to gain an advantage in choosing your next vendor partner wisely, and reducing your risk, chat with Stacey first. You will be glad you did.
